What next?

Meet and Greet
The first step is a relaxed chat, whether over coffee, online, or a phone call. I want to hear your love story and understand your vision for the big
day. This conversation is totally pressure-free, a chance for you to ask questions, get to know me, and see if I’m the right celebrant to bring
your ceremony to life. It is also a great opportunity to see which package would best suit your day.

Non refundable booking fee
When you decide I’m the celebrant for you, I’ll send over a booking for and invoice to lock in your wedding date, including a request for a non
refundable booking fee (must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice). Once that’s complete, your date is officially reserved on my
calendar. The remainder of the balance is not due until 1 month before the wedding.

Creating a Bespoke Ceremony for You
I will send through a form for you to complete as a couple to ensure I capture your love story, style, and what matters most to you. This is an
opportunity to tell me who/what you would like mentioned during your ceremony, and cute stories that make you the incredible couple you are!
Using this, I’ll create a ceremony that’s uniquely yours, whether you want it heartfelt, playful, or a bit of both. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to
review and adjust the script until it feels just right.

Handling the Legal Essentials (3 months before your wedding)
Leave the paperwork to me! I’ll manage your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and all the other legal documents required to make
your marriage official. I’ll also confirm final details and make sure all your ID documents are in order. Plus, the government-issued marriage
certificate fee (valued at $75) is included in every package, giving you one less thing to worry about.


Final Touches (1 month before your wedding)
As your big day approaches, I’ll share a draft of your ceremony! We will go through the logistics of the day in detail to ensure your vision comes to
life.

Your Wedding Day
On the big day, I’ll arrive early to set up my professional BOSE PA system and coordinate with your vendors. If you have a nominated person
playing music from my speakers, I’ll work alongside them to ensure the music for your ceremony flows perfectly. After the “I do”,  you’ll receive a
beautifully printed commemorative certificate. Plus, You’ll Also Get:
Access to my exclusive resources, including sample vows, poems,
rituals, and music suggestions.
Unlimited support online, email, or phone to refine every detail.
And my promise to always be dressed to complement the theme of
your wedding!

Additional information:
I'm based in East Corrimal, NSW, and travel within a 60km radius (each way) is included as part of my service. For ceremonies held beyond this
area, a small additional travel fee of $1 per kilometre applies to help cover the extra time and travel costs. An in person rehearsal can absolutely
be arranged if you'd like that extra peace of mind, it’s available for a small additional fee. That said, it’s definitely not essential. Many couples
choose to keep things simple and relaxed, and I’ll be there on the day to guide you and your bridal party through every step. We’ll make sure
everything flows smoothly, without any stress! If you need to cancel or reschedule your ceremony more than 30 days in advance, I will refund
the balance of any payments made, minus the non refundable booking fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 30 days of the ceremony
date, unfortunately, no refund will be provided. The full balance will be due, as significant time and resources are already allocated for your
ceremony. If for any reason I am unable to fulfill my duties as your celebrant (such as illness or an emergency), I am part of a celebrant
association and many other celebrant groups whom I can organise to step in on the day if it is required.
